Body & Flow comprehensive Beginner Intermediate Pilates Mat Education Course includes 45 hours of interactive learning, practice, labs, problems solving and role games. From the very first fundamental to the more complex intermediate, we will cover the exercises with focus on execution, modifications and anatomy.
Body & Flow’s Advanced Pilates Mat Education Course is a 28 contact hours course and the second one in the mat courses series. This course will enhance teaching skills and introduce the advanced mat exercises as well as additional exercises.
During this comprehensive 95 hours Pilates apparatus course you will learn to teach fundamentals, beginner and intermediate class level exercises in both group and private setting. We will explore different pathologies and how to address them safely in class.
During this advanced apparatus course we will explore the advanced exercises of the method, their modifications and adaptations for today’s population. We will look deeper into pathologies, improve teaching skills and take the Pilates experience to a higher level!
